Depends on the area but usually decent food and service.
Absolutely did not like this place. Cleanliness is horrible, was afraid to even eat the food. Staff was rude and not helpful at all. Would not recommend to stop here
This location constantly provides HORRIBLE service. On 12/18/2017 at 5:45pm I went to this location & was told "we ain't got no chicken, it'll be 40 mins before we'll have any". I left upset, but returned on 12/21/17 about 7pm & there was no fried okra or dark chicken. I buy 20 piece meals or more each visit. But tonight, after Deanna S. (Per the receipt) that's it. I walked in & said to my cousin "they never have chicken, I hope they have some tonight". I saw a young man I knew cleaning, said "hey, hope you got chicken". Deanna turns around & gives me a disrespectful look. I had to say I wasn't speaking to you. She never greeted me or acknowledged me at the counter, just looked. She advised my cousin they weren't closed, when asked, but refused to serve me the chicken she was boxing. She began arguing with me about she could sell it but won't, until I said I'm contacting management to my cousin. She was so nasty a relative had to say don't say nothing else. I'm never going back.
Rude employees standing around on cell phones. Employees clocked in at 7 a.m. and I was told no food until 10 because they hadn't started cooking yet. Mind you, this was at 9:50 a.m. lady wasn't even nice about it.....Then her co-worker states " I can see now we going to be busy today". What? Jesus, isn't that a good thing to be busy? Please hire new employees. Thanks
